The Dirt Company has a mission that went beyond laundry: eliminate plastic from the routine entirely. A closed-loop refill system, ultra-concentrated formulas, and packaging designed to be kept, returned, and reused.
The brand vision was already there. My job was to make it tangible. Joining as a customer service agent, I moved into the design team and spent two years working directly alongside the CEO, translating the brand’s sustainability ethos into every physical touchpoint. Packaging that had to communicate trust, simplicity, and environmental intent all at once. Print assets that worked in the real world. Creative direction on shoots from prep through to final image.
